Details of item to be added: GP Offices - Erskine Lane Area. Council previously asked that the area be looked at as a 'comprehensive development zone' where all vacant properties would be looked at in terms of overall density and required amenities (roads, sidewalks, park, traffic lights etc). Given the need for GPs and shortage of GP offices in VR, there is an opportunity to require property in the AREA (when rezoned) to be given to the Town as an amenity to be used to build a clinic / GP offices.

List any attachments: None: item for discussion. Potentially a huge benefit to the community and to VIHA as it would reduce the number of unattached residents and provide an alternative to the emergency room visits.
