Report dated December 6, 2019 from the Director of Finance (Pg. 33 - 34) Staff Recommendation: THAT the Committee recommend that Council approve the implementation of an online citizen budget engagement tool for the 2020 and 2021 budget cycles as a pilot project. d) Chief Administrative Officer Update 1.
