Council meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month with the exception of August; and only the 1st Tuesday of the month in December.

Each delegation is limited to fifteen (15) minutes unless extended or reduced by unanimous resolution of Council members present.

Request to the View Royal Committee of the Whole to consider the redevelopment of the current unused tennis courts at Helmcken Park as dedicated pickleball courts, in accordance to the USAPA specifications with four benches for the players to be able to sit while waiting to play.
