Details of Presentation:

I would like to discuss the possibility of developing 379 and 381 Kislingbury Lane. I would like to build a 4 storey, purpose built rental building. I believe there is a need for rental housing in our community. I also feel that the neighbourhood (of Kislingbury Lane) is in need of some redevelopment, and a project on the corner could be a positive catalyst for change. I intend on introducing the notion to the committee, and I would like to get some feedback as to whether or not I should make a formal application and pursue a redevelopment.
