Good Day,
I am writing with regards to the Chilico Road parking for residents in the area. I would like to request that other residential roads be made available for parking such as Thetis Vale & Lund Road. This situation has been exacerbated with the completion of 301 Nursery Hill Drive with 73 units and zoned for one parking spot for each unit when most households generally have two automobiles. Regretably none of the condo units are zoned or have the ability of creating more parking spots without land available. Thetis Lake overflow is full every day.
Unfortunately women who work shift work and come home late at night now have to park at the top of the hill on Chilico over a half a kilometer on a dark poorly lit road which is safety concern. I believe The Town of View Royal should be a safe liveable neighbourhood for all residents.
Please provide resolution for parking and safety of residents.
