Council meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month with the exception of August; and only the 1st Tuesday of the month in December.

Each delegation is limited to fifteen (15) minutes unless extended or reduced by unanimous resolution of Council members present.

Details of Presentation: We are approaching Committee to understand if it would be acceptable to apply to reinstate the residential component of the C-7 zone for 1720 Wilfert Road, in light of the recent C-7 zone amendment to remove this use. The property is identified as Neighbourhood Mixed Use in the OCP. It is a very attractive multi family residential site, located behind the casino and backing on to Millstream Creek. Main floor office uses would be included. We will look forward to presenting our new concept to staff, Committee and Council in the new year, if appropriate. (provide additional information as an attachment if required)
