Subject: Proposed Handy Dart Facility

Hello!

My name is Josh Aspin and I live at 1900 Watkiss Way.

I have had a chance to review the proposed development at 2401 Burnside Rd West.

I ( and my family of 4 residing here ) wish to go on record as strongly opposed to the approval of this application. The application says “ Community Facility” which is very misleading and factually wrong. This is an Industrial operation that belongs in an industrial area. Langford, Keating, and Bay Street would be appropriate for this type of development. This area is residential and to put an Industrial Facility here is a mistake on so many levels.

Again, as a View Royal home owner and tax payer, I ( we) are strictly opposed to the proposed Handy Dart Facility at 2401 Burnside Rd West.

Sincerely,
Josh Aspin
