Hello View Royal Council Members,

This letter is to state my support for the proposed bike park. As a View Royal resident of almost 10 years, a parent to a child at the elementary school (with another one starting next September), the addition of a paved bike pump park with a skills portion would be a wonderful asset to this community. The proximity to the school, the available space in the park and the lack of such an amenity close by makes this an excellent venture.

I am so pleased with the recent projects to the town that promote family and community spaces including the recent Arts Festival and the upgrading of Centennial Park. I am a firm believer that providing social engagement and physical literacy amongst all ages is paramount to a healthy community as a whole. This bike park would be the envy of other municipalities!

I appreciate all the work that has already brought this project to this stage and look forward to council moving ahead with this project.

Respectfully, Jasmine Wong
