Thank you for your letter of August 3, 2018 in reply to our letter of June 28, 2018 and for taking our concerns to the Committee of the Whole.

For the record we note in paragraph two of your letter that you mentioned that there was no notice with regard to the parking on Hallowell. Also, we would like to point out that in our letter of June 28 we were not asking for additional parking but to retain the parking, or at least some of it, that was originally in place.

In the meantime, we have been in touch with Reliable Controls and they inform us that the five spaces allocated to them on Hallowell are now going to be four and that they will be designated to Reliable Controls for business hours only. Would you please confirm this change of plan.
