A resident suggestion to install residential-only parking signage on Gull Road.

Attention Mayor and Council;

As a resident of Gull Road I am concerned about the increase over the last few months of non residents parking on both sides of the street.

This issue started when View Royal Park installed signage restricting parking to park users only.

Non residents used this parking lot as an all day location to leave their cars and bike, walk, or take transit elsewhere.

These cars are now parking on Gull Road.

My greatest concern is in the event of an emergency, would fire and ambulance vehicles have easy access?

I would like to suggest residents only parking signage be installed, or as an option, signage to prevent parking on the creek side of the street.

Please review and advise.

Thank you for your consideration;

Regards
