RECOMMENDATION:
THAT the Capital Projects Update Report – December, 2011 be received.
PURPOSE OF REPORT:
To inform the Committee of the status of Capital Projects
PROJECT INFORMATION:
The capital projects are listed in the spreadsheet attached to this report. The following items are highlighted for the Committee’s information:
- Island Highway Improvement Project – Minor deficiencies being completed
- Craigflower Bridge – Open House completed, compiling feedback.
- Council Chambers sound system – phase one complete – phase two to Budget
- View Royal Park – Tender awarded – work commencing week of Dec 12th
- Burnett Road Design – in review of 50% Design
RECOMMENDATION:
THAT the Capital Projects Update Report – December, 2011 be received.
