Staff Recommendation: THAT the Committee recommend to Council that a letter be sent to the residents on Chilco Avenue 2376-2460 inclusive that as of January 1, 2022 that the Town will no longer be maintaining the sanitary forcemain on Chilco Road;

AND THAT the Town requires that the residents (at their expense) convert to the existing sanitary gravity system that is available on Chilco Road.
