General Site Layout and Features
The landscape plan for 1870 McKenzie includes the following site elements:
- Property Boundaries: Marked with a "FENCE LINE".
- Infrastructure: A "POWER POLE" is located near the upper boundary.
- Easements: A "B.C. HYDRO EASEMENT ESTIMATED BETWEEN THE BROKEN LINES" runs diagonally across the property.
- Natural Features: A "NATURAL TREE LINE" is indicated, with an area designated for "NATURAL CLEARANCE IN THIS AREA".
