Staff Recommendation: THAT the report dated March 11, 2026 from the Director of Engineering titled "Solid Waste Collection Contract Renewal - Secondary Suites" be received for information.

b) Request for Decision - Erskine Lane Bike Lane

  1. Report dated March 31, 2026 from the Director of Engineering (Pg.26 - 32)

Staff Recommendation: THAT staff install knock down bollards akin to “Option 2B” in the staff report “Request for Decision – Erskine Lane Bike Lane”, using the Town’s Transportation Roads budget to install the bollards ($5,000, one time) and maintain the asset (up to $7,000, annually).

c) Official Community Plan Review and Update: First Draft Official Community Plan Review (continued discussion from the March 31, 2026 Special Council meeting)

  1. Report dated March 19, 2026 from the Senior Planner (Pg.33 - 375)

Staff Recommendation: THAT Council provide amendments, if any, to the first draft of the Official Community Plan;

AND THAT the final draft of the Official Community Plan be updated to incorporate Council's amendments prior to first reading of the bylaw.
