Feb. 25, 2026 - Resolution of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors to request a Grant in Aid from the Town of View Royal:
We would like to apply to the Town of View Royal for grant funding for the Millstream Salmonid Habitat Restoration project, and the Environmental Education Program . Application due March 1st, 2025. The application requires that we submit a:
- Resolution of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors to request a Grant in Aid from the Town of View Royal
- Be it Resolved that:
- The Society request a Grant in Aid from the Town of View Royal
- Any director, officer or staff member be authorized to sign all documents and perform such acts as may be necessary to complete the application.

Therefore, we move that the Executive Committee approves submission of a funding application to the Town of View Royal Grant in Aid program for this project. All in favour. Passed.
