Resolution in Support of Grant Application — View Royal Grant in Aid

WHEREAS the Spasticity Research and Awareness Society is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to increasing awareness, education, and research related to spasticity; and

WHEREAS the Board of Directors believes it is in the best interest of the organization to apply for funding through the View Royal Grant in Aid program to support the Society’s initiatives and activities; and

WHEREAS the Board of Directors authorizes the submission of the grant application and any supporting documents required;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:

1. The Board of Directors approves the submission of the View Royal Grant in Aid application.
2. The Board authorizes the following representative(s) of the Spasticity Research and Awareness Society to prepare, submit, and administer the grant application and any related agreements:
3. The Board agrees to comply with all terms and conditions associated with the grant, should funding be awarded.
