We manage 2500 location files such as the one pictured here. Productions send us their scripts and we put together Look Books which promote the location files that match their specific criteria.

In 2025, we produced 124 customized Look Books.

Business Case #1: Sound Stage Conversion on the Peninsula

VISFMC liaised with the following stakeholders to secure the permits required for a temporary sound stage conversion:

  • Great Pacific Media
  • District of North Saanich mayor, council & planning team,
  • Agricultural Land Commission &
  • BC Film Commission at Creative BC

Attendees included the Minister of Tourism, Art and Culture, Minister of Agriculture, Mayor Jones, CMPA President, and Great Pacific Media Executives.

Business Case #2: UVic temporary sound stage conversion

VISFMC organized a sound stage tour at UVIC to celebrate the conversion led by Lionsgate Canada. Attendees included:
