RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

WHEREAS, the Rewired Recovery Foundation is a registered non-profit organization committed to supporting individuals and families in their journey of recovery from addiction through education, community programs, and accessible wellness initiatives;

AND WHEREAS, the Board of Directors recognizes the need for financial assistance to support the expansion of our Community Recovery Support Program, which provides free group sessions, mentorship, and wellness workshops to individuals in early recovery within the Town of View Royal;

AND WHEREAS, the Town of View Royal offers a Grant in Aid program to support local non-profit and community organizations in delivering services and programs that benefit residents;

BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Board of Directors of the Rewired Recovery Foundation hereby authorizes the submission of an application to the Town of View Royal for a Grant in Aid in the amount of $10,000 to support the Community Recovery Support Program, enabling expanded programming, additional facilitator hours, and wellness resources for participants;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, Mike Manhas, Founder and Board Member, is hereby authorized to execute all necessary documents and take all required actions to complete the application process on behalf of the organization.
