Confirmation of Application to the Town of View Royal Grant-in-Aid Program

Resolution
WHEREAS the View Royal Arts Foundation is eligible to apply for funding under the Town of View Royal Grant-in-Aid Program;
AND WHEREAS the Board of Directors supports the submission of an application for funding to support the Foundation’s programmes and activities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board of Directors of the View Royal Arts Foundation hereby confirms and approves the submission of an application to the Town of View Royal Grant-in-Aid Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the authorised representative of the View Royal Arts Foundation is empowered to prepare, submit, and sign all documents required in connection with this application.
