    Recommendation: THAT the Town of View Royal amend its short-term rental regulations to align with provincial requirements.

    2. Amend Speed Limits on Atkins Road - Councillor Rogers (Pg.161)

    Recommendation: THAT the speed limit on Atkins Road, from the City of Langford boundary to and including Brydon Road, be amended to 30 km/h.

    3. Addition to Draft Official Community Plan - Councillor Rogers (Pg.162 - 164)

    Recommendation: THAT information regarding changes to the role of the Official Community Plan (OCP) under British Columbia’s Bill 44 be incorporated into the draft OCP;
