    Recommendation: THAT the speed limit on Atkins Road, from the City of Langford boundary to and including Brydon Road, be amended to 30 km/h.

    Recommendation: THAT information regarding changes to the role of the Official Community Plan (OCP) under British Columbia’s Bill 44 be incorporated into the draft OCP;
