Request from Councillor Rogers to initiate the de-gazetting of a portion of Little Road to convert it into municipal parkland.

Details of item to be added: That Council direct staff to begin process to degazette View Royal's portion of Little Road that fronts onto Eagle Creek Park and 1642 Little Road that View Royal owns. Once degazetted, this portion would be designated as View Royal park and incorporated into the two park parcels (Eagle Creek and 1642 Little Road). This would add approximately 3,570 m2 of parkland, adding and protecting the natural stream, and forest (as well preserving the town's tree canopy).
