Re: 241 Glenairlie Drive – Rezoning and Subdivision Application

Dear Mayor and Council,

I am writing regarding the rezoning and subdivision application for 241 Glenairlie Drive.

I have reviewed the materials provided by the applicant Kyle Porter.

I understand that the proposal would create one new lot accessed off Suzanne Place with single-family home and secondary suite, while retaining the existing home at 241 Glenairlie Drive.

Based on the information provided, I am comfortable with the proposal and appreciate that the applicant has made efforts to communicate with neighbours and design the project to align with the surrounding single-family character.

I respectfully ask Council to consider supporting this application.

Sincerely,

Name: Terry and Ken Logue Address: [Redacted] Glenairlie DR. Date: MARCH 4, 2026.
