Dear Mayor and Council,

I am writing regarding the rezoning and subdivision application for 241 Glenairlie Drive.

I have reviewed the materials provided by the applicant Kyle Porter. I understand that the proposal would create one new lot accessed off Suzanne Place with single-family home and secondary suite, while retaining the existing home at 241 Glenairlie Drive.

The new house at 241 Glenairlie is a huge improvement to the house that was previously on the lot, and I have no doubt the proposed home off Suzanne would be the same.

Based on the information provided, I am comfortable with the proposal and appreciate that the applicant has made efforts to communicate with neighbours and design the project to align with the surrounding single-family character.

I respectfully ask Council to consider supporting this application. Please let me know if you need anything further.
