Nelson Square - Parking Management Plan
1. Employee Parking Management
- Property owner will work with tenants to encourage employees to park in designated areas of the site furthest from customer-oriented businesses
- Employees will be encouraged to use alternative transportation modes where feasible
2. Customer Parking Prioritization
- Existing parking restrictions will remain in place
- Signage will be reviewed and refreshed as necessary
3. Tenant Communication Program
- Parking expectations will be communicated to all tenants
- New tenants will receive parking management information as part of lease onboarding
4. Monitoring
- The owner will continue to closely monitor parking demand
- If recurring parking issues are identified, additional measures such as employee parking designation, enhanced signage, or parking enforcement may be considered
