Details of item to be added: That BCAA's EVO bike /scooter Share be incoporated into the 2026 Transportation Master Plan and that staff work with BCAA, CRD and MOTi to install EVO satellite stations along our two regional trails ASAP as the town creates its own share bylaw framework for it's own "home locations". Satellite locations such as Atkins, Helmcken Park/ride, Thetis Park/ Hallowell would quickly include View Royal in the regional service as well as pilot test the municipal functionality.
