Re: Covenant for Commercial Space at The Royale – 258 Helmcken Road
Dear Town of View Royal,
We are writing to confirm our commitment to permitting medical uses within the commercial space at The Royale (258 Helmcken Road) for a minimum period of ten (10) years. We acknowledge and accept responsibility for any legal costs associated with the preparation, review, and registration of this covenant.
Additionally, we reaffirm our intent to provide a minimum of 150 square metres within the commercial area for café use, ensuring a welcoming community gathering space that supports the Town of View Royal’s vision for a vibrant and accessible neighbourhood hub.
We sincerely appreciate the ongoing collaboration and constructive dialogue with staff and council. We look forward to continuing to work with the Town and its legal representatives to finalize and register this covenant.
