I am a resident of View Royal. My home is located at Beaumont Ave. I am very much in favor of the addition of these services within the new building at 258 Helmcken Rd. These facilities will be much welcomed here. They will be within walking distance for many in our neighbourhood and provide those living in that new building convenient access to services that would otherwise require them to use their vehicles. Having lived in many cities and towns in my life I find View Royal unique in one particular regard, people here love to walk just for the enjoyment. The addition of these businesses gives us a place to frequent without the hassle of negotiating the roads and parking lots for a coffee, a carton of milk or a Medical Appointment. It's a win, win situation
