Members of View Royal Council

My thanks for doing a great job. However, I would like to offer a suggestion regarding garden waste. Could View Royal join Saanich and Victoria by having residents put out their garden waste along with their weekly garbage?

I understand this would likely mean additional costs added to our taxes and I’m agreeable in this regard. This is my suggestion and is not intended to represent a general consenses.
