Expresses desire for neighborhood hub

Hi there, I was reading an article about what kind of business you are considering for the Royale. I know originally a market of some sort was intended for this space and I was very pleased that there would be something within walking distance for the community. After reading this article I was disappointed to hear you are considering a pharmacy or medical space. My concerns are these, I believe a market would be something that could be a hub for the neighborhood and bring people together. If a big pharmacy and/or a doctors office were to be placed there I feel that it would draw many people from much farther afield, creating more vehicle traffic. As well, there is already a medical building with a pharmacy right across the street and I wonder what it would do to put a similar business across the way. I would imagine it would be detrimental to their business.

I just wanted to put in my two cents and say I would love it if you would try really hard to put a market like the Red Barn or the Root Cellar in there.

Thanks
