1.0 INTRODUCTION
Watt Consulting Group was retained by D’Ambrosio Architecture + Urbanism to conduct a parking and access review for the proposed Victoria Scottish Community Centre development on the historic Craigflower Manor site. The site is at the northwest corner of the Admirals Road / Craigflower Road / Island Highway intersection. The proposal is to add a community centre for use by the Victoria Highland Games Association and includes an expansion of the existing parking lot that is accessed off of Admirals Road. The review will examine the proposed parking lot configuration and the existing access configuration for potential issues and identify any mitigation measures that may be required.
