Letter from C. McCoy, Principal, Craigflower Elementary School, Re: Rezoning Application - 1801 Admirals Road

Attention Town of View Royal:

Please be advised that the Highland Games Association and Craigflower Elementary are proposing a mutual beneficial parking agreement in which each entity would benefit from the other’s parking lot during agreed upon times/dates. These times and dates are to be determined; however, generally speaking the Association would use the School’s site during school non-operational hours and the School would use the Association’s site during school operational hours. Neither party would seek recompense for any damage that occurred at the other’s site.

The Association projects there will be 55 new spots in their proposed new lot and the School can offer 20 in return.
