Additional Comments: This project will have significant environmental + social sustainability benefits. Environmentally we are re-purposing a building with few other possible uses, avoiding significant landfill impacts. The biggest impact will be the social + community benefits of a facility that will treat and foster recovery for individuals who are living challenging lives. This individuals are costing society through their criminality + medical challenges, to say nothing of the mental and emotional impact on family, friends + others.
