Subject: Our Place Proposal for 94 Talcott Road

Hi, I would like to weigh in with my support for the proposed transition facility at 94 Talcott Road. I’ve attended 2 meetings where this proposal has been discussed and I feel confident that Our Place has a great model and plan for this facility. I think the program they are proposing will offer a positive option for those who are motivated to change their lifestyle and become productive members of the community.

I feel that the proposed use will not have any negative impact to the neighbouring residents.
