Dear Mayor Screech and View Royal Council,
This letter is to follow up on a couple of requests from Council. We confirm that if the proposed Therapeutic Recovery Community at 94 Talcott Road goes forward, Our Place Society will pay the Town of View Royal $152,000, in lieu of taxes for the years 2018, 2019, and 2020.
We were also requested to provide a comparison of the number of staff between the proposed Our Place Therapeutic Recovery Community, Guthrie House Therapeutic Community and Baldy Hughes Therapeutic Community.
