I am in favour of the Therapeutic Recovery Centre that is planned for the former Youth Custody centre. This is a great idea that will serve to intercept the chronic revolving door that some people are stuck in, going from jail to homelessness and back to jail. It works elsewhere in the world and so it will work here-- then we can take this model across BC and Canada. Thanks.
