Recommendations:
Public Safety Building Timing of Funding
- THAT the Committee recommend to Council that Option 4 that would see 1.5% tax increase regarding the timing of funding for the Public Safety Building be implemented in 2013. (COW-11-13)
Continued 2013-2017 Financial Plan Deliberations
- THAT the Committee recommend to Council that the proposed cut of $1,000 for Committee of the Whole dinners not be accepted. (COW-12-13)

Recommendations:
Land Use Bylaw No. 35 – Modifications to Section 33, Re: Storage of Vehicles on Residential Lots
- THAT the Committee recommend to Council that staff report back on options in regard to the storage of vehicles that are not roadworthy and licensed being kept in the front yard setback area of a property; AND THAT staff investigate other municipalities’ enforcement in relation to this matter. (COW-14-13)
Proposal for a New Park on Watkiss Way from D. Poje and M. Cacovic
- THAT the Committee recommend to Council that the Mayor write to the District of Saanich’s Mayor and Council expressing interest in the opportunity to develop a new park on Watkiss Way; and to further discussions. (COW-15-13)
Environmental Development Permit No. 2013/07 – 283 Kerwood Street
- THAT the Committee recommend to Council that the application for an Environmental Development Permit No. 2013/07 for 283 Kerwood Street be tabled. (COW-16-13)
