Dear Sir/Madam:
I am writing to apply for your approval to add on to an existing concrete pier at the above address. We wish to replace the former floating dock which washed away many years ago, long before we purchased the house. The dock would measure 10' X 24', anchored to the shore.
We will comply with all regulations of all levels of government having jurisdiction in this area. Enclosed please find copies of all the applications and documentation we have to date.
