Hello,

I am writing to express my concern re: the two proposed residential buildings adjacent my property.

I am quite concerned about the close proximity and height of the building in front of our property as it will greatly decrease the light and view. Therefore affecting my enjoyment of my property. I will not have adequate light in the afternoons to ever enjoy my home and yard as it will be dark.

I appreciate your consideration at your upcoming counsel meeting to address our concerns. As you know the building is proposed to be 100% rentals which of course is of great concern and the lighting matter just would make the development a real hardship for the ones affected by this plan.
