PURPOSE OF REPORT:

To present the Annual Report for Year Ended December 31, 2012 for final review and adoption.

BACKGROUND DISCUSSION:

The draft Annual Report was approved by Council on July 2; the Financial Statements were approved by Council on July 16 and added to the draft report. Since then, the full report has been advertised and made available to the public for review and comment.

RECOMMENDATION:

THAT the Annual Report for Year Ended December 31, 2011 be adopted.
