Wendy and I live in View Royal and own and hav e operated 4 Mile House for over 40 years. In that time we have seen many changes in View Royal, many involving densification of housing especially along our main roadways.
This project is much like the others along Island Hwy and we fully support it.
Because the proposed building has more depth than breadth I think it will nestle in nicely between 4 Mile and the park.
