Dear Mayor and Council,
I am writing to you to support a vote in favor of the proposed development on Island Highway. My name is James Metcalfe and I live in View Royal at the condos located on Watkiss Way. Many of my friends and family are searching for homes in View Royal but the demand does not meet the current market options. I fully support the proposed project on Island Highway to create more inventory and home buying options, especially for first time buyers.
