Hello,
I am writing to convey my support for the rezoning application at 167,169 and 171 Island Highway. I live on Glentana Road and am a frequent user of Portage Park.
Considering the housing crisis and the extremely low rental vacancy in the region these units are much needed. I'm very happy to see the increase in density near important public amenities like parks, green space, transit and bike paths.
