Re: Public Hearing for 167, 169 and 171 Island Highway

Hello Mayor and Council,

I am a resident of View Royal and am aware of the current housing crisis we are facing in the real estate market. I currently reside at 1947 Highland Road, View Royal and I expect to make my first home purchase within the next year. My hope is to purchase a home within my same neighborhood of View Royal, but I am noticing a severe lack of real estate inventory to meet the ongoing demand. I would like to vote in favor of the Island Highway development proposal to meet the demand for real estate inventory specifically in View Royal.
