Correspondence: Email from Mike Lloyd re: Bylaw 1139
Resident feedback expressing support for garden suites while questioning the lack of building footprint or living space limits in the bylaw.

I note that the Bylaw #1139 makes no mention of building footprint or total allowable living space, although it does mention height restrictions/guidelines.
Q: Is this intentional, or an oversight?
I suggest that this information needs to be considered and added before final approval - or at least if this information is elsewhere in the labyrinth of bylaws, then there should be a reference to where that information resides.
P.S. I am all in favour of garden suites - so good work on getting this underway!
