Hi there,
As a resident living in close proximity to the proposed development, I support the rezoning however have significant concerns with the quantity of units. Approximately 238 additional dwelling units will have a major impact on the already far too congested Island Highway. The transportation infrastructure in this area is not able to support such a large addition of dwelling units.
