Hi there,
I am wanting to make sure that some things are considered before this huge project is built.
I am concerned about the increase in traffic on Prince Robert Drive. It is a narrow road that is without sidewalks and has open ditches. As well, many children play in the area-so it’s a safety concern as well. We live on a quiet street that connects to Prince Robert Drive, and are also concerned the increase in traffic noise and emissions.
I am concerned about the parking. There needs to be enough parking to accommodate ALL the residents. As I said above, Prince Robert Drive is a narrow road and can’t accommodate any street parking.
One thing I do like is the fact that this project will “clean-up” the area and get rid of derelict housing.
As a long time resident of View Royal, I am hoping my concerns are taken into consideration and brought up in the meeting tonight.
