Dear Mayor and Council,
We received the notice for the upcoming public hearing. After looking at the plans for this new development, we are quite excited to have a grocery/Coffee/shops in our area. It would certainly be a lovely neighborhood centre.
Our main concern is that 6 stories is very high in contrast to other complex's in the area. Will there be enough parking for residents and visitors or will they be using the side streets to park?
