Lot B Features

Site-Wide Landscaping Notes

  • Raised Metal Planters: 24" x 72" prefab metal planter boxes set on slab along ground floor units to provide screening.
  • Retaining Walls with Tiered Planting (Shady): Shady native shrubs between tiered rock walls blending into existing slopes & native forest where possible.
  • Retaining Walls with Tiered Planting (Sunny): Rock walls planted with sun-loving vines & evergreen shrub facing main road views. Rough cedar fence fall protection for along top of walls, as required.
  • Edge Treatment: Blend disturbance edge to forest with low growing native shrubs & groundcovers.
  • Trail Connection: Possible location for gravel path access to existing trail in ROW.
  • Walkway Access: 1.5 meter wide concrete walkway for access.
