RE: Right of First Refusal – 9 Erskine Lane Rental Apartment
As requested by the Town of View Royal (the Town) on November 12, 2020, WestUrban Developments Ltd. agrees to grant the Town a right of first refusal for up to three (3) affordable rental apartment units as part of the 9 Erskine Lane multi-unit purpose built rental development. The intent of this request is to help address the ongoing challenge to attract and retain volunteer firefighters to the Town.
WestUrban values safety and is pleased to be able to respond to this request and support the needs of the broader View Royal community.
