Dear Sirs/Madam,

Re: 9 Erskine Lane – Westurban Developments

Attached please find a Letter of Support for the above-noted proposed development at 9 Erskine Lane.

Among the people who have shown support for this development are long time residents of View Royal, hospital workers and people who work within or close to View Royal who would appreciate more housing opportunities within View Royal. Local business owners who would like to see new community members to help support their business along with young millennials who are looking to rent but can not afford to live in Greater Victoria or who would like to reside in a more walk/ride friendly, urban community.

We truly hope that this development gets approved for the good of the community as a whole and we thank you for your consideration.

Regards,

Gord Adams 9 Erskine Lane

Re: 9 Erskine Lane Proposed Apartment Development

This is to express my/our support for Westurban Developments proposed multi-family apartment development at 9 Erskine Lane. This development provides much needed housing opportunities young professionals, families and retirees. It supports our elderly neighbours, giving them options and allowing them to stay in their community. It will provide much needed housing to support front line hospital workers and staff and will support Eagle Creek Village and local businesses. It will improve View Royal’s infrastructure, providing upgraded utility services, road expansion and amenities.

This is a community minded development that meets all View Royal’s OCP’S Hospital City Centre zoning designation guidelines and will be a welcome addition to the area.

Yours truly,
